Impressed from begining until I drove away in my new car!! Like many people out there I have much the same pre-judged feelings about car sales people and purchasing a car. I walk in with my battle gear on and Like many people out there I have much the same pre-judged feelings about car sales people and purchasing a car. I walk in with my battle gear on and ready to fend off anyone who approaches every time!!! I have to say this was completely the opposite. I met Brandyn Woodruff about a week ago after 3 months of looking and deciding what kind of car and details I wanted in my next purchase because I was getting rid of my very favourite of all time .. my Jeep!! This wasn't going to be easy because I was so emotionally connected to it. Brandyn understood and we talked about what I wanted, why I wanted it, heck he even talked to me about my Jeep and my love for my Jeep to better understand me. I can not say enough wonderful words of appreciation for the young man. I understand he has a living to make and yet he was not pushy or rude infact his kind smile (honest smile) and our chats and drives helped me more easily make a choice that wasn't easy. Well ok, I nearly ended up flipping a coin on colour which had the entire dealership laughing !!! What an amazing group of people here at Mazda!! Brandyn has answered ever single (an there were lots!!!) question and been so incredibly patient. I would in a flash offer up his name to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!! from Brandyn Woodruff to the ever so helpful Doug working on getting me tinting and wheels, Cindy in the Service Dept and Robert - what a great guy full of financial knowledge to help you make good sound choices!! There is something different I don't have good feelings for car dealers. I have opinions, none of them are good.They all lied. I have always seen cold faces behind every single smile. They were successful within the concept of "business", they closed the deals. But they all failed within the concept of "human relation", therefore, there is no car dealer in Canada that has my second visit to buy a car; one might say, however, I was really unlucky. I stepped in Harris Mazda, one day. It is a car dealer outside but there is something different inside, one could only feel it. Everything and everyone are on the main floor which is fine, everything happens on the main floor too which is again fine,but there is something different one could only feel it. There is no cold faces behind any smiles. Well, I feel that but there is something different, there is something more. Sales? It is outstanding. Service? It is outstanding. But there is something more than that, one could only feel it. They all listened to every single word I said. Care. Now, I posses a vehicle I was sold called Mazda, I don't even know what model or type. It is exactly how much I could effort. Exactly what I needed for a family of four. My kids are singing songs while I drive. They enjoy reading in the car more. There is something different in Harris Mazda. You don't need to buy a car, just give a short visit please, whenever you could and meet the spirit. I no longer see a car dealer when I pass by Harris Mazda on Bowen Road but I see the sign "Harris", "The Spirit", and I smile. Driving a car never felt so good. Thank you More

With the help of my salesman Brandyn, the manager Doug, and David the finance guru, I found a new SUV that I adore. I was treated with respect, was not pushed into anything and I truly felt like they cared and wanted me to be happy and comfortable with my purchase. Everyone working there were happy to lend a hand and offer advice. Pat was great and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to get the extras that I wanted!
