Excellent experience! Over the last 2 weeks I have spent numerous hours at Harris Mazda researching their vehicles. Since I was not familiar with their product line I was fortunate to have Tyler as my product specialist. He was very informative and professional. As well as patient as he dealt with all my questions. Tyler gave me lots of options and never applied any sales pressure tactics to purchase. As well, he was able to deliver on everything we discussed. During each visit I would encounter other employees and everyone of them made you feel like a part of the Mazda family. Even Piper added to that experience - who doesn't love a cuddle from a four legged fur employee! The whole team is very focused on customer service and making the experience as enjoyable as possible. He didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want, but recommended a few things that might be worth looking at. I felt very comfortable dealing with him, and was happy to see him the three times I went to the dealership. David on the financial management team ran my credit, and proceeded to tell me that I had great credit and would be approved for the loan (at 0% with $0 down). However, when I returned (from Victoria) to pick up my car, I was told by Robert, another team member that I was not approved and that I didn't have all the required information for my loan (even though I had specifically asked what I needed the week before). Robert got me the best deal that he could, and I did appreciate his help. I wish that there was a little more transparency with the financial process. I don't mind someone telling me that they don't know if they don't have the information, instead of telling me something incorrect and having to reroute the whole deal. Robert spent a few hours with us, and explained everything I was signing. By the end I was quite satisfied with the deal we had made. Overall, I am extremely happy with my new car and will enjoy it for a long time to come! More

Great experience all round The minute we walked into the Harris Mazda dealership in Nanaimo I felt the temperature go up. There was a warm and friendly ambience about the place. The minute we walked into the Harris Mazda dealership in Nanaimo I felt the temperature go up. There was a warm and friendly ambience about the place. We were greeted and shown the customer waiting area where there was a super-duper coffee machine, a fruit basket, and comfy chairs. When our original product specialist Kassandra was delayed we had the delightful and funny Adams who showed us two cars in our price range and helped us with our questions. He was knowledgeable and anything he didn't know he went and found the answer to. When we returned from the test drive we spoke to Kassandra who was honest and straightforward and warm. When we told her the price we were aiming for she took it to her manager and very quickly returned with a price within our budget. The day we picked up the car, we spotted a couple of small problems and James and Adams made sure they were immediately fixed before we signed any papers. Altogether we were very impressed with Harris Mazda and Kassandra, Adams and James. We will tell our friends about this dealership and probably put this on our community bulletin board on facebook too. More

Geoff really listened to me as I described what I was looking for. From the moment I contacted him until the moment I drove off the lot in the car of my dreams, I was treated to superior customer service every step of the way.
