Tyler Lavin and Robert Kirinic were incredibly helpful and understanding with my situation. They both worked incredibly hard to ensure that I would be 100% satisfied with my vehicle. I'd had the misfortune of losing my previous car, and both Tyler and Robert did an incredible job of removing a great deal of stress from me. I can be an incredibly indecisive person, and the patience and optimism both of these men displayed while I decided which vehicle would be right for me was so appreciated. They even went so far as to have Tyler drive out to my home and bring me in so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer to finally be behind the wheel of a car again. The employees at Harris Mazda are incredibly good at what they do, and I really do appreciate everything they did to go out of their way to accommodate me and my situation. It has been my good fortune, through a very dear friend, to have Tyler Lavin at Harris Mazda recommended to me as the 'go to' man for a 'new' vehicle. Tyler listened and asked excellent questions as I am a person who has notable physical limitations and requirements that dictate what vehicle I can get into and out of more easily with enough space for me to get my 4-wheel walker in. Tyler showed me several possibilities before I made my choice of the 2010 Mazda 5. I have never indulged myself in a newer vehicle before but as my physical needs have greatly changed, it became very important to have a more suitable vehicle. Tyler was very kind and patient as I took time to make my decision. He understood that this was a huge step for me. Two weeks later, for some unknown reason, I had a dead battery! [and no, I didn't leave the lights on]. After a phone call to Tyler he came straight over to my place, jump started my vehicle then spent time with me going over some of the absolutely not at all clear things in that huge manual. He reminded me that he was only a phone call away and if I needed his help [and I will] - just call him Wow, thank you Tyler, you really went above and beyond! Your sensitivity and understanding of my requirements was so important to me. You made something that had seemed otherwise impossible, possible with your help. Most importantly you made meeting MY requirements just part of your job and 'no big deal'. It was a very big deal to me and I am grateful beyond measure to you for how you treated me. This time we were on the hunt for a Van but not just any van ... a Mazda 5! We have had credit issues in the past and Pat and Amy with Island car credit were always there to help and give advice on how to make our credit better! Pat did everything he could to get us into the van of our dreams. We walked away happy customers and are loving our purchase. We even went back the next day to clarify some things we didn’t understand and they were there every step of the way. We never once felt pushed and left happy. We will be back for our fourth in a few years! More

Even the service tech we had dealt with for our 2010 came to see us and offer congratulations. At the end Tyler helped us set up Bluetooth, Radio and showed us the tech options for our Mazda CX-5 GT tech package. All within a few hours!
