Great Customer Service from Kassandra and the Team at Mazda! My husband and I went into Mazda to try a small SUV. I had my heart set on another vehicle from another dealership and was just going through the mot My husband and I went into Mazda to try a small SUV. I had my heart set on another vehicle from another dealership and was just going through the motions, to be thorough in my search. We were greeted very warmly and Kassandra happened to be our salesperson. What a breath of fresh air she is! We told her our story and she listened very well. Soon after, we took a 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT out for a spin. I drove initially. Kassandra was very helpful in showing us all the gadgets and safety features the vehicle had. I surprisingly loved the vehicle!! Kassandra did not pressure us at all and got us on our way home in a decent amount of time. Other dealerships have kept us in their offices for hours, trying to sell us something when we told them, as well, that we were just doing research. The customer service was so great (and we thrive on good customer service) and the car was awesome that we decided to surprise Kassandra and purchase the vehicle much earlier than we had anticipated. The transaction went over very smoothly, professionally and quick. Everyone who we came in contact there was exemplary in their customer service. We would totally recommend Harris Mazda! More
