By the time the deal was finalized we had a special friendship. We all want a buying experience which does not have use of fear tactics, up selling etc... If those are your concerns come here, they will let you know what all options they can offer and what their benefits are but never push for it, which is why I liked them. The finance is also great, the finance manager will make sure he gets you the best rate even if that means getting in touch with bank personally, many would say they all do it but I did not find a level of enthusiasm that they have in others. (P.S. I have dealt with all the lots in and around Nanaimo) More

Just too easy I contacted Harris Mazda over the internet to enquire about Mazda 6 and trade in value. Tyler replied quickly and in a very helpful and profesional ma I contacted Harris Mazda over the internet to enquire about Mazda 6 and trade in value. Tyler replied quickly and in a very helpful and profesional manner. I Emailed Tyler a lot over several weeks as he looked for a vehicle that suited my needs. Once he found a possible fit I drove the hour to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and with very little hassle agreed upon a fair price both for the mazda and my trade in. I was given a loaner for a couple hours and came back to sign paperwork and recieve my newly detailed Mazda 6. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle that wasn't right and the guys were very up front about all prices and fees, something other dealerships try to hide or talk around. This was without a doubt the best vehicle buying experience I have had. Thanks Tyler and Doug for your great service and fair negotiations. More

Other than a brief 3-year hiatus, I have been driving a Mazda since getting my licence at 16 (26 years ago). So it didn't surprise me that I fell in love with the new CX9. We dealt with Kassandra Kirkham, and her bubbly personality made the experience even better. We absolutely loved her no-pressure sales tactic, and her knowledge of the vehicle was very reassuring. She went above and beyond our expectations of a salesperson, and helped make the purchase of a new SUV totally enjoyable. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend seeking her out! But I would also like to add that the other Harris Mazda representatives that we dealt with (Doug and Robert) were awesome too! More

In for new tires, out with damaged rim I purchased new tires through Mazda. Great pricing. Upon picking up my vehicle, I did a walk around only to find damage on the rear passenger side rim I purchased new tires through Mazda. Great pricing. Upon picking up my vehicle, I did a walk around only to find damage on the rear passenger side rim. There was also an addition 14km on my odometer that were not reflected on the shop paperwork and I was down 1/8 of a tank of gas. They are having a 3rd party company repair the rim but I am now without my truck for another day during my kids spring break. My wife and I bought a $50k vehicle from Mazda last year and we aren’t sure if we’ll be back. More
