Pleasant experience From the first visit to the last, the staff at Harris Mazda were first rate. Ì spotted the type of (pre-owned) car I was seeking and went inside to in From the first visit to the last, the staff at Harris Mazda were first rate. Ì spotted the type of (pre-owned) car I was seeking and went inside to inquire. I was met by the Sales Manager who directed me to a very knowledgeable salesperson. Geoff knew all the details and history of the car. Impressive considering it's a large car lot. A few days later my partner also visited the dealership alone to see the car and test drive it. She felt very comfortable dealing with Geoff, and really felt no pressure to make an offer immediately, as he knew we were to discuss the potential purchase together. On the 3rd visit we made an offer and the negotiations began. The 'back and forth' was relatively painless, with both parties compromising (I believe), on the final price. We opted out of the extended warranty for reasons that are my own, but Robert, despite his best efforts to convince us, was understanding. He had all the Sales contracts ready to sign, called the mobile insurance company onsite promptly, and we were done. Again, great all-around service! More

Thirteen years ago I bought a car from one of the service people Geoff Reinard. I still have that car and was looking for a new one. I found Geoff again! He heard what I wanted and what my budget could handle. He found everything I wanted and more. Then there is Robert who helped with the financing and opened my eyes to some travel tips to Croatioa.
