As I sat in the lobby My experience with Harris Mazda as a whole was beyond amazing. I’ll stsrt with the staff who couldn’t have been more friendly. As I sat in the lobby several employees came up and even knowing I’ve been helped still took the time to sit and talk with me about the vehicle I purchased and also things going on in general. -this impressed me. Not once did I actually feel like I was wing talked to by a salesman. Kassandra, Tyler, Amy, evan, Doug and the financial guys David and Robert Thank you :) Lastly, I have to thank Geoff Reinhard. I messaged Geoff and told him basically where I sat finically, what my ideas were and what my budget was and I was very strict on not going over. Geoff took the time to search out some vehicles that would suit my needs especially my budget but also asked more questions especially important ones like: what do you and your kids do? What are your hobbies which are a big part of our life. On top of that I’m not a smart car person. He took the time, with great patience I may add, to explain the whole loan process differences in payments I can’t even make a list because it is long but I felt when I I signed that I was comfortable k owing everything important. As for the vehicle my boys and I are overjoyed. Geoff suggested the hyndai Tuscan for us and we are happy. It suits all our needs from lacrosse, travel, camping and kayaking.
