Thank You for the 'no pressure' buying experience I was referred to Tyler by my son and daughter-in-law because of the excellent service they received from him in previous car-purchasing experiences. I was referred to Tyler by my son and daughter-in-law because of the excellent service they received from him in previous car-purchasing experiences. I was not expecting to purchase another vehicle before I gave up my driver's license, however, because of being involved in a no-fault MVA, I was forced to make another purchase. My daughter and I went to the dealership together and Tyler was very thorough in finding out what my needs in a vehicle were, and he was able to show us one that he had already selected...based on information my son had given him. We went for a test drive and found that the car was suitable...and so the deal was made before we left the dealership that day. The other staff that assisted me in the transaction were also very helpful, including Robert Kirinic (for the financial part). PS...my daughter thinks this is a 'win win' dealership because of the grand piano in the front corner!! More
