A long hard day due to my inability to commit myself Tyler is a personable young man who went out of his way to be helpful. He did all the right things from the dealership's point of view and I was unable to swing him to what I'd read I ought to insist on. We took a good test drive and I was able to go into my underground parking lot to make sure I could get the car into the slot. I went home for lunch before making a final decision and then forgot to bring back my driver's licence. Mistake. Tyler drove me back home to fetch it plus I'd been told (then, not earlier) to bring a blank cheque. Good thing I brought my whole cheque book, as I needed it it for ICBC. I'm sure I'll love the car, and will see Tyler again next week to learn more about it. During the day there were many waiting periods - computer problems, manager not available, and so on. I had a second appointment to see the Finance Manager in the afternoon and had to wait more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Robert talked a lot, explained financing very clearly, but made an assumption based on what he had said rather than my preference. Saturday is perhaps not a good day to buy a car. More

From the time I drove onto the lot until I drove off with my new Mazda CX5 e I have never experienced buying a car like I did with Kassandra Kirkham. From the time I drove onto the lot until I drove off with my new Mazda CX5 everything was so positive. There was no high pressure sales pitch, no silly salesman moves designed to get a little more cash out of the customer. When I first told Kassandra what I was looking for she asked why, I had no real reason, Kassandra then said for my needs the CX5 would be a better choice. Something I would be happier with and it was ten thousand dollars cheaper. That convinced me Kassandra was helping me get the best car for me not the most money for the dealership at any cost. After that the entire transaction moved along quickly and flawlessly. I had a new car before I new it and at a very good price. I would recommend when you are looking for a car to go to Harris Mazda you will get good service delivered by a friendly honest staff. This has been the best car dealership I ever did business with. More
