An Excellent Experience I recently had my 2009 Mazda 5 written off, and was having trouble finding a replacement in the short time frame given to me by ICBC. I had been in touch with Tyler soon after the accident, and he showed me some similar vehicles, but I had my mind set on another Mazda 5. Tyler was able to find me a newer model Mazda 5, within hours of me letting him know the write off value of my old vehicle. The deal he worked out for me was outstanding, costing me minimally more than my ICBC settlement for a vehicle 3 years newer, and with fewer kilometres. Tyler was very understanding of my needs; my budget, the specific vehicle I was looking for, and my short time frame. He was extremely friendly to deal with, very quick to respond to my questions and messages, and I feel that he worked very hard to get me the absolute best deal possible. I consider myself difficult to please, especially in dealing with large purchases, but Tyler blew me away on all aspects of my car buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Tyler to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, and could not be happier with my purchase. More

Since then when ever I am at the dealship with regular car maintenance Tyler always takes time out to make sure everything is going well with my vechicle. Great expeirence - Great car We went in to check out SUVs as we were desperately needing to upgrade our car with something that had enough room to fit our daughter along with her We went in to check out SUVs as we were desperately needing to upgrade our car with something that had enough room to fit our daughter along with her car seat, stroller and many other things that come with having a baby and still have enough room for our German Shepherd. Kass showed us some SUV options and we fell in love the CX-9. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us every inch of the suv. She definitely had a no pressure approach and made us feel comfortable. Her customer service was great and she was so friendly. I was really nervous to test drive the CX-9 as it was much bigger then my car. My spouse drove first then she talked me into test driving so that I could get the feel for the suv as it would be my daily driver, I'm so happy she did! We brought our daughter along and they were very accommodating. She definitely made me feel comfortable while test driving, going through the specifics and tech stuff while also offering tips to best see how the car handled. She took us through different types of streets/terrain and also showed us how all the features worked. We had a very good expeirence and they were very accomodating in getting us into the suv we needed and wanted and even better at a price that was suitable. Once I purchased the car she was awesome at walking me through all the electronics, tech set up an customs setting. It was a lot of info for one day but she made it feel easy and not overwhelming. I love my new CX-9!! More
