We thought we'd settled into a car, but this whim turned into a spectacular test drive. Tyler was accommodating to our needs and my weird requests - I was able to take my test drive to Parksville so my husband, the primary driver, could test it out. He helped us get the accessories we needed added on at no extra charge and accommodated my "first time" request to not detail the car we were purchasing (which was already clean!) and instead detail my van (which was decidedly not). Tyler's professionalism and dedication to his customers as well as his coworkers is clear and apparent.
