I had been to several dealerships and felt as though the the sales staff just wanted to get me in any type of vehicle and out the door. I walked into the Mazda Dealership and met Anthony. He listened to what our needs were and we never felt pressured. Anthony was able to answer all our questions and ultimatley guided us to the perfect vehicle. 3rd Time back. Always a good experience This is my 3rd new vehicle purchased here in just over 9 years. Always treated well by well informed sales people. Anthony was great to deal with. No pressure and well informed about the product he represents. He was always no more than a call or text away to answer questions (and I usually have a lot). Everyone from reception to David in Finance treats you like you are the most important person in the room. This is my third Mazda 3 and the 2019 GX is a wonderful vehicle. Handles great, vastly improved stereo sound and displays. Will absolutely be back in 4-5 years for the next upgrade. Five stars.” More

Anthony followed up on a carfax request with an email ( he made the connection that led me to follow through with a site vist to view and test drive a used 2016 Subaru Outback. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions! Doug was receptive to negotiating the price and Anthony followed up with the information I asked for (service reports, touch up paint, cargo liner). On the day of pick up David made the finance and warranty side of things easy. Admin staff were positive and helpful. Getting insurance on site was timely as well. Finally Anthony took the time to to set up the link with my phone via Bluetooth ( may be hard to believe but I am a novice on all that) and show me how the various components worked. Anthony did a great all round. He is personable and thinks of many ways to be helpful! More

Brandyn was extremely helpful and willing to put in the work to make things work for me, David was great to deal with, and Jody was extremely pleasant. I have definitely had my share of bad experiences at car dealerships over the years but all I can say is he made the experience a pleasant one. He went out of his way to make sure we were given all of the options and information we needed to make an informed decision, and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted for the best price possible. No gimmicks or tricks. If you need a new vehicle go down and see him you won’t be disappointed! More

It did not turn out to be right for us but it was great that he brought it to my attention. He showed a lot of enthusiasm and willingness to answer my questions. He was not afraid to reach out to his in-dealer support system for help and get back to me with information. I was very happy with the support in teaching us how the vehicle operated. Micheal gets an excellent rating from me for his efforts even though he is new. He did the right stuff. I was very happy with the explanations on how to get service done and meeting the service teams. I was very impressed with the sales support provided by Brandyn, David and Doug to the new guy on their team and their planning to make sure Michael had the support he needed. I felt the whole team was there to help. Great team. More

The dealership accepted responsibility for repair but on their terms, not as per the two quotes we got from local reputable body shops. The manager set an arbitrary amount they were willing to spend to fix the pre-existing damage, and told us the rest of the cost was on us! So much for the statement made about guaranteeing there would be no issues. We have been dealing with this for two weeks and still have no suitable resolution. What a terrible experience this continues to be as we are out of town buyers and can’t even go to the dealership to demand satisfaction. Buyer Beware! More
