OUTSTANDING FRIENDLY TEAM APPROACH I/we hate buying cars and always feel like the "underdogs" being preyed on by pushy salespeople trying to meet quotas. I must say this was not the case at Harris Mazda in Nanaimo. From the moment we came through the door the atmosphere was friendly and supportive. We were immediately welcomed by a young salesman, Kody Milne who respected the fact that we knew exactly what we wanted, a slightly used Toyota Prius. Kody was able to supply all the information we required and maintained a focus on our plan throughout the process. He quickly understood what we needed and proceeded to work towards that goal. All employees made an effort to personally connect with us... A smile, a "good morning", a handshake or a simple "is there anything I can do for you" as we waded through purchasing a car. Buying a new car is a huge investment, therefore going through financing is stressful in itself. We appreciated the experience, knowledge and patience of David Corrigal, even when we changed our minds about terms at the last minute, after papers had been filled in. The car was going through its inspection when we first arrived therefore our first drive was before they completed their car detailing. The detailing was amazing! It was impossible to not believe the car hadnt just arrived from the factory even though it was 1 year old. More

New vehicle Overall, Brandyn is a good guy and very knowledgeable. It was clear that he did his absolute best to provide us with the detailed information needed Overall, Brandyn is a good guy and very knowledgeable. It was clear that he did his absolute best to provide us with the detailed information needed to make our new vehicle purchase an easy choice. However, the purchase was made under the pretense that the vehicle would take 10-14 days to arrive. The vehicle did not arrive for closer to 6 weeks. The additional wait time resulted in a logistical nightmare for my wife and I as we were forced to share the use of one vehicle to carry our our day to day schedules. Although we understand that this is not a direct reflection of Brandyn's service quality, we do believe there could have been better communication and transparency throughout the process. For this reason, we cannot give Brandyn and the folks at Harris Mazda the 5 star service rating that they otherwise would have achieved but for this incident. More

Exciting fun experience with lots of information and options Anthony met me at my car and got my head away from a Honda CRV to a Mazda CX-5 with all that I wanted.
