We were initially greeted by Jarrett at the dealership. We were browsing for another vehicle, and found Jarrett to be extremely helpful, not at all pushy. Once again Tyler Polywkan has come through for me. I wanted a 3 season "fun" car to compliment my Mazda CX-90 PHEV. Tyler and I had discussed previously the Mazda MX-5 so I decided to pop in to Harr I wanted a 3 season "fun" car to compliment my Mazda CX-90 PHEV. Tyler and I had discussed previously the Mazda MX-5 so I decided to pop in to Harris Mazda to see what was on the lot. Tyler directed me to a sweet little 2024 Mazda MX-5 GT manual. After discussing affordability options we settled on what I could afford to pay. I'm now having a ball driving with the top down and tunes in my ears from the fabulous Bose sound system. On arrival and by appointment, I was met by Sales Advisor, Tyler. Smartly dressed and with a big welcoming smile. I had travelled to Harris Mazda to view and test drive a particular Mazda model, but although a brilliant vehicle, was a little on the small side for me. With Tyler's unhurried assistance, I progressed to test driving the Mazda CX5 and was immediately impressed. Tyler introduced me to his Manager, Brent. Although the CX5 was stretching my budget, Brent and I managed to work out a purchase deal that was satisfactory to each of us and the purchase of my new CX5 was completed. From the time until I entered Harris Mazda in Nanaimo, until the completion of sale, I was impressed by the courtesy and knowledge of Tyler and the unhurried understanding of Brent, the Sales Manager.
