I started my car shopping online which is where I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler Polykwan, Internet Sales Manager. I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle unless the price was right. Tyler did a fantastic job of arranging the test drive, finalizing the sale, and coordinating the financials and insurance. I think he even helped polish my vehicle :-). Very happy with my used car purchase and how Brent and Dylan handled the whole process with patience and diligence . We were initially greeted by Jarrett at the dealership. We were browsing for another vehicle, and found Jarrett to be extremely helpful, not at all pushy. Everything at the dealership is on sight and accessible with regards to Finance, Warranties, and Insurance. ALL the employees at Harris Nanaimo were polite, and helpful.
