Steven was a very friendly sales person there was no pressure and I never thought id ever say this but I enjoyed buying my car. We have been trying to purchase a vehicle for the last two months, we were given the run-around trying to get financed by three Nanaimo dealerships. We've had some ups and downs with this economy and have two months, we were given the run-around trying to get financed by three Nanaimo dealerships. We've had some ups and downs with this economy and have been on the road to recovery, cleaning up our credit. No one was able to finance us on a vehicle we liked and fit our needs. We even tried the "Special finance specialists" out there claiming that they would finance ANYONE. Well, they couldn't. When we visited Harris Mazda, we were up front and told them our story, they treated us with respect and understood our situation. They had more used vehicles for us to choose from and Janette, the business manager, went outside with us to help us in our selection. She then got us approved and we were able to take our new car home the same night. We are amazed by her professional and complete understanding of the loan process. I wish we had met her two months ago! Thank you for making us feel like those with good credit and not looking down at us because of our credit history. We will recommend anyone we know to deal with Harris Mazda. More

My daughter is in military training at Camp Borden, Ontario which is about one hour north of Toronto. She purchased a Mazda2 from the Mazda dealership in Pembroke. Problems arose with respect to the av Ontario which is about one hour north of Toronto. She purchased a Mazda2 from the Mazda dealership in Pembroke. Problems arose with respect to the availability of remote keyless entry for her car. She had the oil changed in another dealership near Ottawa and they advised her that she should have received remote keyless entry. When she contacted the Pembroke dealership to inquire, they were very disagreeable and very rude and even screaming at her. She asked me to find out what to do next. I went to Harris Mazda and was met by Steven Skok. He was very friendly, polite and helpful. He actually called my daughter to speak with her regarding the experience. The situation was clarified as to what was standard with her car. As well, he gave her suggestions in making her concerns known to Mazda Pembroke and perhaps Mazda Canada. Steven was a good listener and very diligent to search out all the information. He was very concerned with Mazda's reputation even though there was no commission in it for him. More
