Last week I bought a new android cell phone and I had to pair it to my car.I tried to do it myself with no success.I stopped in the Mazda Dealer and spoke to the receptionist.She fixed me up with Pat Seery.I told Pat the story and he said lets go check it out.He complemented me on my choice of cars and askd me to sit in the drivers seat.I gave him my phone and he walked me through the process.It worked the first time and Pat said ,If I have any wrinkles with it, to come on back and he would look at it . I am in a sales position myself and I liked Pat's attitude,his willingness to help and his technical support.I do not know how long Pat has been selling auttomobiles ,but with his attitude,friendleness, and knowledge,I am sure he will be a great success.Thank you Pat. Harris Mazda in Nanaimo had exceptional service. Thge sales man i worked with, Lyle Williams, was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great guy to deal with. Most car sales men try to push things down your throat and pressure you into doing/buying their products but Lyle was different and i would highly recommend him to anyone of amny age buying a new or used vehicle. This was the dealership i bought my very first car from and everyone their is very kind. I personnally consider Lyle a true, honest, funny, great guy, and friend who knows what hes doing. In the future when I purchase a newer vehicle I will DEFINATELY browese + work with Lyle no matter what dealership he works at. Lyle Williams of Harris Mazda Nanaimo is the best vehicle sales person ever! And all the staff at Harris Mazda Nanaimo are great too. More
I am a first time buyer of a vehicle from any sort of dealership, so being my first dealership experience I would have to say it was a very positive one. I was offered an good deal on my new 2011 Mazda3. I opted to have to protection package put on my car and when I went to pick it up I noticed that there were small black spots all over my car. Lyle was incredible. I came in not expecting to buy a Mazda 6 and when I saw the sticker price I just glanced by the car (with a laugh). Lyle reassured me not to worry about the price, to test drive and Mazda 6 and when I saw the sticker price I just glanced by the car (with a laugh). Lyle reassured me not to worry about the price, to test drive and then to make an offer. With his urging I took the car out for a test drive and have loved it ever since (about 4 months). The price I was able to negotiate, along with the great trade in value they gave me for my car made my decision easy. I have never driven a car with so many features and such a nice leather interior as well as the rest of the bells and whistles. I was prepared to settle for the "base" economy sized car that I have always driven but with Lyle's encouragement was able to buy this car and not break the bank. I must say as someone who buys cars often (I generally keep them for no longer than 3 years and I have 2 cars I am dealing with) this experience was the best BY far. When I first test drove the car I explained to Lyle that I had no done no research on the Mazda 6 and that all my information was at home (access to consumer reports.com, magazines etc...) and that my wife would need to see the car. As I was coming in near closing on a Friday I was expecting this to be an issue. He said no problem let's go to your house, which we did. He waited outside as I quickly did some research on the car (which came back very high) and he showed my wife the car. I must also say Youseff (spelling) was outstanding to work with in negotating price. He did not laugh me away with my first offer and we were able to settle on an amount we were both comfortable with. All in all Harris Mazda has been the best car buying experience for me and as someone who purchases new cars often I will be back when it is time to trade in my Mazda, or even consider the Mazda SUV when it is time to trade my wife's CRV in. More
