He truly went above and beyond the requirements of the sale and made us feel completely comfortable with the transaction. I believe Jason will excel in sales for Harris Mazda, and have very good relations with all future clients. During our test-drive, Jason was courteous and informative about our vehicle, regardless of it being a non-Mazda. He answered questions about the vehicle to the best of his ability and he was resourceful and prompt in finding us answers that he did not know on the spot. Our conversations at the dealership demonstrated to us that we had lucked out in a salesman, as he continued to demonstrate patience and focussed on the sale in place of making small talk about himself or his family, but while maintaining a friendly rapport. Post-sale, Jason followed up with us to ensure that any questions we had regarding the vehicle or Harris Mazda were answered. What greatly impressed us was when Jason offered to bring the vehicle to specialized mechanic to clear up an issue with the radio while we were provided with a loaner vehicle. This would have been an issue we would have had to address anyway, and the whole process was so much smoother with Jason's help. I will not hesitate in my recommendations of Jason, he is certainly an asset at Harris Mazda. Thank you again for the exceptional service that we received. More

I went to Harris Mazda to get my Mazda serviced, i talked to the sales manager and he told me he could do better than where i bought the car. He worked his magic and sure enough he got me in to a brand new M to the sales manager and he told me he could do better than where i bought the car.
