I had the most excellent experience, in buying my new (used) vehicle at Harris Mazda. Was told by Harris Mazda that for my next service new brakes were required. I looked into this claim with another service centre as I was sceptical. Glad I did. Sends unwanted text messages of sales, emails etc. You can opt out (or so it says.) I’ve opted out of emails and texts and I still get messages. This isn’t the way to get business. What originally was a solid experience back in 2016 when I bought my Mazda has completely changed now in 2021. Their current business practices would stop me from ever going to this dealer again. Respect people’s privacy and don’t text them offers or bombard them with emails and replies. I sold my Mazda and moved to a different vehicle and when people ask me about the brand. I speak honestly. Cars are great Nanaimo dealership should be avoided. More
