I had a couple of not so good experience with the service on our car but Jason did come though and made a bad deal better. Now when I come in we can joke about it. I had been looking for a new car for several months and really liked the Mazda CX-5. When I first went to have a serious look, Johnathan Fiddick approached my husband & I and we like him immediately. He really liked the Mazda CX-5. When I first went to have a serious look, Johnathan Fiddick approached my husband & I and we like him immediately. He was honest that it was his 2nd day on the job but already knew a lot about the car. He was enthusiastic and friendly but not pushy. We went for a test drive and then we went home. When we came back several weeks later, we asked for Johnathan and he had obviously been studying and knew much more about the product. We happily bought the car and have had no regrets… we love it! The Sales Manager was awesome also, my only complaint would be that once we decided to purchase the car, my husband had to go to work and I was on my own to do the signing etc and Janet was very pushy and intimidating about buying extra insurance for this and that and I ended up signing up for insurance I did not want. We went back later and cancelled it and with my husband in tow… she didn't argue and cancelled the extra insurance. In the end, it was a happy story and experience. More

I was in and out of this dealership several times trying to make a decision and every time they welcomed me back, answered all my questions patiently and worked with me in an unpressured atmosphere to see t to make a decision and every time they welcomed me back, answered all my questions patiently and worked with me in an unpressured atmosphere to see that I was happy with my price and the product I recieved. Yousef searched high and low for the vehicle I wanted and Dan worked with me on a price and treated me very well. Jeffre was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and went out of his way to see that I had all my answers and ensured that my new vehicle was in perfect condition for me when I recieved it. Jeannette took car of the financial end and was very effecient and knowledgeable and made sure everything was in order for me. Overall very friendly, patient and welcoming staff. Would recommend them to anyone! More

I had a very good experience at Harris Mazda. He showed me all of the different cars that he thought had all the things that I was looking for and that helped me pick out the right car for me. Dealer installed new brake rotors and pads. 6 months later brakes were checked by other dealer and discovered no lubrication had been applied. Harris Mazda would not reimburse me for the cost of the fo later brakes were checked by other dealer and discovered no lubrication had been applied. Harris Mazda would not reimburse me for the cost of the follow-up brake service eventhough it was due to their poor work. My front brake rotors are now warped and Harris Mazda is not willing to do anything to compensate me for their poor service. Update - after further complaint and discussion with general manager Youseff (spelling?) Harris Mazda allowed me to use a $100 credit towards having the front rotors lathed. Dave McGean worked with me to get the cost of this work down to $100 so I was not out any more money. I appreciated this and time will tell how long this fix lasts. While still not overly impressed with the customer service (this is the dealership I purchased the car from (although it has changed owners)) I have received in the past, I;ll be willing to give them another chance should my car need dealer servicing. All of the service staff no us by first name when we walk in. They could have killed my family when they did'nt tighten THREE LUG NUTS after replacing a tire during servicing. Our 3 year old vehicle with only 70,000 km has had replaced 1.Transmission (they also left the protective cover off the transmisson after repair) 2.Steering rod (Botched alignment after replacerment. 3.Brake issues 4.Several unusal noises and ticks 5.Front passenger pillar cover replaced twice and has yet to be fixed properly Did you know when your buying a "reliable" Japanese Mazda your actually buying a Ford? Research it and see for yourself I could go on and on about how lousy my Mazda and service are. I'm going to be picketing their dealerships soon. That's how much they've pissed me off.
