I have been very pleased with the way I have been treated by the service department at this dealership! I took my car in for a minor issue and when I picked up my Miata an hour later, found that it had also by the service department at this dealership! I spent a couple of days looking at and negotiating for a used Mazda, dealing primarily with Adams and later with RJ Jeanes. Although in the end we could not agree on a price, the overall experience was posi used Mazda, dealing primarily with Adams and later with RJ Jeanes. Although in the end we could not agree on a price, the overall experience was positive and pleasant - particularly for someone like myself who has never bought a used car from a dealer before. Adams was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable while RJ, in his role of Sales Manager, was also friendly and professionally adept at negotiating. Jonathan Fiddick, with whom I chatted during my visits to the dealership, was very personable and I would definitely recommend he and Adams as Product Advisors to deal with. More

WE bought a 2013 mazda 3 we first dealt with jeffre, when we first came onto the lot for a first look, then when we came back to work out a deal jeffre was off that day so adams look after us he said they sa we first came onto the lot for a first look, then when we came back to work out a deal jeffre was off that day so adams look after us he said they sales team all work together so am guessing this way they all get a piece of the pie which is great. I thought the sales guys were great, adams had only been at the dealership for two weeks but found him to be very easy guy to talk to and was eager to learn, also when we were standing out front deciding on which car to buy the owner of the dealership was leaving he walked up to us and introduced himself as Mike Harris which I thought was a nice gesture.The overall experience was about as good as you could get, RJ the business manager was easy to talk to Janette the financial guru was also nice to deal with. Once the deal was done Jeffre went through the entire care even pairing up our phones to blue tooth system very helpful. I would say the only thing he forgot was the walk around the outside of the car, as we found a few scratches once we got home, but all in all very pleased. More

Customer service to Thomas (Tommy) is 120% - just the other day I couldn't get my Alberta licence plate off to replace it with my new BC plate so I popped in and he spent about 15 minutes doing this for other day I couldn't get my Alberta licence plate off to replace it with my new BC plate so I popped in and he spent about 15 minutes doing this for me AND it was not easy. He had to try 3 or 4 different ways to secure it properly. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Tommy. I trust what he explains is to be done to my vehicle and he tells me why. Getting a new engine was a huge stressor but I knew it was going to be done properly. More
