A few weeks ago I was interested in purchasing a sports car so I started, and finished my search, at Harris Mazda. It was raining upon my arrival, and after being introduced to the sweetest lady named Lilly, she swiftly offered me an umbrella and a cup of coffee that I accepted as I was really thirsty and it was pouring out. As we started looking at cars Lilly began asking me questions about what I was gonna use the car for, what features I was looking for, and who else would be using it etc. in order to narrow down our search. We stumbled upon a car that I just fell in love with, but was more expensive than I have available to spend, so Lilly went to speak with the sales manager and she actually managed to get me an absolutely fantastic price on the car that I could afford it. To this day I am still shocked at the price I got on this car and I just love it. It’s my dream car that I still can’t believe I own. Towards the end of the purchase I was introduced to R.J. (who is just hilarious) and he offered me a deal on an extended warranty that I just couldn’t refuse. It was too good of a deal and I can get the money back if I don’t use it. At the price he offered it to me I would have been crazy to say no. Every staff member that I saw acknowledged me and were so very polite that it really made me feel at comfortable and at ease. And they have the best coffee centre there too of which I took advantage of as some of the paperwork and insurance can take some time to finish correctly. I just wanted to say THANK YOU to your amazing staff! I was visiting family on the Island during the end of August when my car started having some major issues. Jason was able to fit me in the next day, just in time for my car to be fixed and just in time for me to catch my ferry home to the mainland. I was extremely happy with my dealings with Adams. I must mention, however, that prior to Adams, we were speaking with Ashton, who unfortunately, did not give us correct information or a great experience when it came to dealing with our trade in vehicle. It could have been a mis-communication, but I am sure that most people, if they had the experience that we did, would have chosen to take their business elsewhere. We were told that the only way that they would appraise our trade in vehicle was if we fully committed to buying our Mazda THAT day, before we even knew what they would be offering for a trade in.
