When I decided to go ahead with my purchase, Adams took the time to walk around the car with me to ensure everything was in order before sending the car off to get washed. While my car was getting prepped, I met with Ashley to complete all the paperwork which took very little time. Adams also took the time to sit down in the car with me and review all the electronics to ensure I knew how to operate the vehicle and navigation systems before driving off the lot. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable and I'm very happy with my new car! More

Professional Sales Effort, Outstanding Follow-Through After having dealt with several dealerships in Victoria and several amateur sales people, my wife and I decided to deal with Adams Obakpee, even thoug After having dealt with several dealerships in Victoria and several amateur sales people, my wife and I decided to deal with Adams Obakpee, even though he was in Nanaimo, which is a 90 minute drive north. Or in my case a four hour bike ride. We also decided to buy new off of Adams rather than slightly used off of one of the aforementioned sales people in Victoria. Even after we initially emailed him to tell him that we would not buy, we changed our minds. My wife and I have been in sales for 20 and 25 years, respectively and know a winner when we meet one. There is good reason why 20% of the sales people earn 80% of the money! I was a great experience and Adams was fantastic throughout the entire process. Adams and the team went way beyond standard service to take care of me - as I rode my bike to Nanaimo and subsequently ran out of tubes as I had three flats, got muddy, but was offered a shower and got picked up on the highway....so I wasn't late. The team delivered me a hot cup of coffee and helped wrap the bike in blankets to it didn't dirty the new car interior. We will recommend Adams and Harris anytime. More
