Had an apt. .After waiting 80 min. car still not looked at. I booked an apt. to have my Mazda checked because the engine light keeps coming on. I was asked to wait in the waiting room while they put the car on I booked an apt. to have my Mazda checked because the engine light keeps coming on. I was asked to wait in the waiting room while they put the car on the scope to find the cause. After waiting an hour and 20 min. I came back out to the service area and asked how much longer? Rob said he was busy but would be with me shortly. Then I saw my car in the parking area and assumed it was done. But Rob said he was so busy that the car hadn't even made it to the shop yet. I asked him why I was not made aware of the long wait and that I had been sitting in the waiting room all this time. He apologized and complained that he hadnt even had time to get a cup of coffee. Tha'ts when I took my keys and suggested he get some help. More

Outstanding Customer Service I was out looking to purchase a new vehicle and went to the Harris Mazda Dealership. I currently own a Mazda 3 GT and love my car but was looking to I was out looking to purchase a new vehicle and went to the Harris Mazda Dealership. I currently own a Mazda 3 GT and love my car but was looking to upgrade. It was there we met Adams and went for a test drive in a 2015 Mazda 3 GS. We left that day after a test drive pretty certain that we were going to purchase a new Mazda pending them bringing the color of car we were interested in. It was only 2 days later we received a call from Adams saying that there was a white car in stock for us to come and look at. Once we confirmed that we were interested in making a deal Adams was very thorough in meeting our needs, he worked with Doug to ensure that we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. We found Adams to be very personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling us. After the purchase, he invited us back to go over the technical features of the car and again was very quick in answering all questions that we had. I would definitely recommend Adams if you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. More

Love My New Mazda I emailed Harris Mazda to get a quote on a 2015 Mazda 3 GT and Adams and I started a series of emails. He gave me what I felt was a very fair quote. I I emailed Harris Mazda to get a quote on a 2015 Mazda 3 GT and Adams and I started a series of emails. He gave me what I felt was a very fair quote. I checked with other dealers and found the quote was very good value for my trade. There were a couple other brands on my short list but my son has a 2010 Mazda 3 GT and I always enjoy driving that car so much and the Xenon headlights on his car are fantastic and the biggest reason I was trading in my 2012 vehicle was because the lights were so poor. Adams sent me information on the tech option that has many safety features including Exenon head lights that self level, turn with the vehicle, and switch from high to low beam all by themselves. This information moved the Mazda up to my first choice so I made an appointment with Adams to come in and drive a new Mazda. Meeting Adams was a fun experience. I call him the Friendly Giant. This guy is huge and has a personality to match his physical size. I do have a little vehicle sales experience and in spite of what many people think, it takes a lot of work to be successful in sales. Adams worked hard for my business and we had a lot of fun as well. Thank you Adams. More

I had been to many other dealerships, and never even went as far as a test drive Adams was extremely helpful with my purchase of a used 2012 Mazda 3. I had been to many other dealerships, and never even went as far as a test drive as I found the other sales people ignored me and only paid attention to my Step Dad and did not relate to my needs at all. Adams asked great questions from the start, and gave my explanations on the terms I didn't understand (I am not very mechanically inclined). He helped me through the entire process, and was so patient with me. I work in customer service, so I feel like I have a pretty high standard of what excellent service is, and Adams really met that. My Step Dad is even considering trading his truck with Adams's help. The rest of the staff that we dealt with were great as well, although I turned down the warranty after I felt the person in financing was a bit too harsh with my Step Dad- I was quite surprised by that, but maybe that is just how that portion of the process goes.... Either way, I highly recommend Adams and Harris Mazda! Made my first car purchase much easier! (I have had cars, but they were gifts) Thank you! ST More
