We had our purchase narrowed down to 3 vehicles, and were having difficulty making a choice. When I met you in the lot with Tyler, I could tell that I would continue to receive excellent service from your dealership, and this is what really put us over the top in our decision. Having driven the CX 9 GT for a couple of weeks now, I know I made the right choice; it is a solid vehicle that has all the bells and whistles, and is functional for our lifestyle. We love it, and I have received a ton of compliments on it. I also want to commend your team. Tyler Lavin was my salesman. He is a polite and thoughtful person, asked questions, and kept communicating with me from the first test drive to the purchase and beyond. He immediately formed a relationship of trust with us, and went above and beyond to make the sale. He is a solid person and I believe he has a bright future. Adams was also really helpful; he and Tyler spent close to an hour with me going through the tremendous amount of functions on the CX 9; Adam's knowledge of your Mazda products is amazing. His passion for your products definitely was a shining point in my experience. I also dealt with Jim and David, and they were both patient, helpful, and again were part of the reason we bought from your dealership. I was allowed to drive the car several times using the triptonic. What I liked best was the easy getting to know the new members if my auto team- who will take care of my needs when neccessary. I liked that they went out of their way to help me in little things that will make this car acquisition a good match for me. More

Both Craig and David Corrigal were professional and made this experience stress free. More
Concerns 1. When I drove away from Harris Mazda I noticed that the Navigation System did not work even though the Navigation Chip had been installed. I went ba 1. When I drove away from Harris Mazda I noticed that the Navigation System did not work even though the Navigation Chip had been installed. I went back to Harris but (another) salesperson or manager did not know what was wrong. (I planned to return the next morning to resolve the problem) When I got home I checked the manual and it showed me there was a lock button on the chip. I guessed this was the problem, removed the chip and moved the button to the unlocked position. The navigation system then worked. (I think your staff should have known this could have been the problem)? 2. When I had the vehicle paint protection and internal leather protection installed there was no information given to me on what product had been installed, even the service staff did not know what the product was! So I went to the Parts department and was told it was FCPP but they had no information or brochure on the product. I checked on the internet and found a Maintenance guide for "Platinum Shield Protection" system. (I assume this is the product installed). I think it would be a good idea to provide this "Maintenance Guide" to the customer when they pick up their vehicle! 3. On getting my vehicle home I noticed muddy foot marks on the rear floor matts on both sides of the vehicle....I removed them and cleaned them and the floor! 4. I have also noticed that one dust cap is missing from one of the tire fill valves. I will ask for one to be installed next time I pass Harris Mazda. 5. Also noticed a minor small damage mark on the rear bumper. I know the above seem minor however I think they should be pointed out so that Harris Mazda can improve on these above points.....check list ? staff to be advised on the products they use ? Overall I know errors can be made but I think I should mention my above concerns so we can all benefit. The above does not affect my expected future relationship with Mazda they are minor problems. The friendly Sales experience my wife and I had with Adams Obakpee has been the best I have ever had with a car salesperson......Thank you Adams!......very proffesional! More
