From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. Brian James gave me his utmost attention, he is keenly skilled in active listening, product knowledge and a great sense of humor. Brian is a new sales associated at Harris Mazda. Brian programmed up all of the settings and navigation options and demonstrated all of the features. This made the transition to a new vehicle with great ease. The new CX3 AWD fits me like a glove, I love it! Thank you so much! More

Doug the manager was a good guy, would have liked a better deal, but fair enough. The service dept and the service schedule is a bit of a gimmick in my mind. Seems like a gouge, especially when you compare to the cost to have stuff done well elsewhere. I think this is across the board nowadays with vehicle dealerships. Wouldn't it be refreshing to be distinct in providing service that is on par with the sales dept at Harris Mazda. The volume you'd get would pay for the drop in the costs of the service for sure. More

I have, for some time, been considering the purchase of a new (or lightly used) Mazda CX3 or CX5. BTW, I purchesed my 2005 Mazda3 new from what was then Christensen's Mazda. While I waited from the service department to finish I talked to Tyler Lavin about the CX3. As I outlined what features I wanted he pointed out that they had a used one with less than 1,000 kms. It had all the features I required, plus some desireable but not necessary AND it was in the colour I wanted (Soul Red). Tyler was helpful and not pushy (a deal killer if he had been). After a test drive I decided that my wait was over, so I bought it! It was a good choice as the CX3 fits my lifestyle perfectly (besides I already have a Miata for summertime). More

Have never been treated so poorly when buying a car!! Worst experience ever leasing a new car. This was my first new car and I have never been treated so poorly at any car dealership. I even had to wash my own car after getting home as the vehicle was filthy upon delivery. We felt as if we had been punched in the stomach as we drove away!!! Completely shell shocked !! When I wrote emails to the General Manager and Owners about my experience, my correspondence was completely ignored. I sent a follow up email and that too was ignored. I will never shop at any Harris owned business ever again! Thank goodness Mazda Canada moved my lease to Pacific Mazda! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! More

We knew what we wanted going in, and it felt like Adams was really working for us: within 3 days he had sourced the exact car we wanted (i'm noting this because we had been told by another dealership that our preferred colour+options would be hard to source and we would have to wait a while), we had a deal we felt good about, and were driving our new car off the lot. I'll be honest- I was hesitant to try Harris Mazda because years ago I really did not enjoy a couple of buying experiences at Harris Chevrolet (I know, different Harris, but still). But. This was a very pleasant surprise. Less pressure, a sales person who was really working for the sale, and a straightforward payment process (no extra fees & charges at the end). More
