Ya ted i talked to you and your service gave me the papers saying you changed the shocks and struts and when i took it into my mechanic i got rusty coul spring origional struts from manufacturer i took pictures of the manufacture dates and serial numbers and condition of them. Which both were leaking and after contacting chrysler / dodge with them in person i wasctold these front struts were from the factory (origional ) so after all this and speaking to kia and ted and going back in for this issue once again you guys lied anout doing the work andi got the paperwork to show u falsified a mechanic report which im told is fruad and illegal so how the xxxx you going to make that up?? Im pissed with you guys the worst dealership ive delt with ever and thats not saying much. You guys are scammer and liers. People yake pictures and mark your old parts before getting services dine by these scammers... you can call me if you plan on reemburcing me for the parts and work kia harris were supposed to do when i got this van and fraudulently lied repeatedly to me about this on multipal occassions.
