Starting off with the lack of common sense, the dealership doesn’t seem to have a clue who even leased their vehicle. They have consistently contacted the wrong person for service and follow-ups, a dealership doesn’t seem to have a clue who even leased their vehicle. They have consistently contacted the wrong person for service and follow-ups, asking for random names, primarily one of the co-signers on the lease. It has become irritating to constantly answer the phone to salespeople that don’t even know who they are speaking to, reminiscent of cold calling telemarketers, up to 5 times per week . They have offered to buy back the car several times to a person that has never paid a dollar for the car, irritating everyone involved in this transaction. Secondly, talking about service, this has been some of the worst customer service I’ve received from any brand or company that I have ever dealt with, let alone a car dealership. After wiping my black car down with what could only be a used oil rag covered with metal fragments, they have left several areas deeply scratched on my car and refuse responsibility. I have taken my car to several Kia dealerships since, and none have been better, taking up to 4 hours on an oil change after being assured it would only take an hour at most, listening to constant bickering and fighting inside the Richmond dealership, I am left with no realistic options in Vancouver or the island for getting my car even looked at by someone representing the kia brand. Although the car itself has been great, everything about the brand, dealerships, salesmen, and experience, has been god awful. I would never recommend buying to anybody, and will be wholeheartedly discouraging anybody from setting foot on one of your dealerships. More

Came late at Friday night to see what is available without having a sales-guy dancing around me... But look Elliott was still working after 7pm, we started chatting, needless to say on Saturday i lef without having a sales-guy dancing around me... Fantastic Service, very personal by Elliott, Super Product by KIA, drove Mercedes before but now i am Hooked - what a quality and value for that price hey its unbeatable... from now on KIA stands for Konsequent Innovation just Awesome ... Its like a big Family at the Dealership, the Colleges help together, if you come with a Problem everybody tries to help and be there for you. Elliott or Harris KIA , i will be back in two years for a Electric Modell that's for sure. Keep on doing what you doing its very much appreciated . More
Terrible service. no ownership when problems arise. Unroadworthy. I bought a 2017 dodge ram 3500.first they gave me a inspection for a different vehicle that said it no ownership when problems arise. I bought a 2017 dodge ram 3500.first they gave me a inspection for a different vehicle that said it had a engine change lol oops.then when they gave me the proper inspection I was overjoyed with buying a great used vehicle from a honest shop like Kia Nanaimo. green stars on the whole inspection(I've got a copy) Three days later after the weekend camping with my two Young children I felt the front of the truck just wobbling and three visits to kia later they even came for a test drive with me and the sales manager Chris said he could feel it"he said turn it around and take it back to the shop"? Again Kia said I was Crazy!!I had it inspected elsewhere and low and behold brakes, balljoints past the point of safe shocks all unsafe,no ebrake lol and it leaked water through the roof once the rain came Bahahaha what a Joke they tried to not take any responsibility. I had to threaten with vehicle safety authority. they paid a bit for the balljoints and brakes I still had to pay an extra 4300 to do the upper balljoints because they were right at the limit were kia could get off on not doing them, thats the I've had the truck for three months (1 month in the shop)and now the trans needs to be pulled and they told me I'm beat . what a terrible scummy place. Go talk to Toyota or any other dealership these greasy managers will look for any way to get out of having any responsibility for your vehicle. Im pretty sure the one manager didn't tell the whole story to the head manager Dave Bare. they only want a sale. RUN AWAY. Your welcome. I have already steered many friends away from Kia now and I will in the future as much as possible They could have just made it right. Unfortunately I was a super nice fella the whole deal. I would never treat people the way you guys treated me , thankfully I had a inspection elsewhere. or Harris Kia would have just stuck me with the Issue. Just watch how they change once the cars purchased. I will never forget this experience Harris Kia Nanaimo its also Part of Harris Auto Group. if they run one store like this they will run all other the same. More

I moved to QB July 15th and wanted a Kia Soul. Arsene & Josh were great to work with. I stopped in to say Hi & meet Arsene & Josh after speaking with them on the phone earlier in the week. I had the most exceptional experience when I took my car in to be serviced! All of the women who helped me were incredible; they were open and honest and friendly and so non-judgemental about my lack of car in to be serviced! They were patient when explaining things to me, understanding, so thorough, and so compassionate. The work that was done on my car was phenomenal, they caught really dangerous problems that I wasn’t even aware of and they fixed them in a remarkably short time. This dealership is such blessing to find, I am so glad I have a place I can bring my car with such hardworking and trustworthy staff! More
