Excellent service from start to finish! I had been struggling for a while to find a 4 x 4 that I not only liked but could afford. I called Harris Kia and within 24 hours I was driving away with my perfect Jeep, complete with a full tank of gas! From the start of the process the person I dealt with was great - super quick return on my calls and emails and answered all my queries fully. When we bought the car that process was really clearly explained and I am from the UK originally, as well so I needed the extra information as it is done slightly differently there. We got a "high five" from the manager of the store once we had completed the deal, and we were treated like royalty! I really can't say enough good things compared to other dealerships I have visited. Highly recommended. More

I was Soul'd I was researching my next car so I dropped by to check out the 2016 Soul. Nick answered all of my questions and suggested we go for a test drive. After we returned we had a nice chat about trim levels/accessories and which would best suit my needs (and the dog's). I wasn't quite ready to commit but there was no pressure and that made all the difference. Nick followed up a couple of days later and said he was able to get the exact colour and trim level I wanted if I was still interested. I was Soul'd. Everyone at Harris Kia was so friendly and helpful. I have purchased many new cars but this was the best experience I have ever had doing so. Felt Right Had researched various makes and models to replace my aging Matrix and had settled on a couple of contenders which I test drove at local dealerships. Had researched various makes and models to replace my aging Matrix and had settled on a couple of contenders which I test drove at local dealerships. Was leaning towards a Rondo and checked out competing dealerships for inventory and pricing. Harris Kia came to the forefront and I decided to check them out. Am known as a great ditherer and was not expecting to end the day with a new car parked in my driveway but that is what happened. Nicole approached us as we were looking at a Rondo and offered a test drive. Kudos to the route taken as it allowed me to experience a variety of terrains and driving experiences and solidified my choice of vehicle. With the aid of John, numbers were crunched, an additional discount found, and a deal was made. I fully anticipated having to come back to pick up the car but Nicole and John went above and beyond. As there was no trade in, plates and insurance were arranged and I was driving my new Rondo the 100 km home that evening with Nicole and John in the rear with my old car. This dealership truly does go above and beyond with exceptional service. More

The rest of the staff were always courteous and greeted us when we entered the showroom. This means alot to prospective customers! The finance people were friendly and professional. Jan and Krista were very friendly and skilled at their jobs. Overall the service from the start to finish was exceptional. We will be recommending Cam to anyone we know in the car market. She was not at all pushy, but rather made us feel very comfortable. We also met with a manager named Mike who was a great, funny, and humorous. He made us laugh a few times and seemed pretty genuine. We did chat wtih Audrey in parts as well. She was very efficient, friendly, and quick. We spent a fair bit of time with Krista. She surpassed our expectations as well. She was so incredibly thoughtful and caring. Really wanted to make sure everything was as we wanted. As we are very busy local business owners this woman drove our new vehicle over 150km up island and delivered to our door!!! She then drove our trade back to the dealership. What service!!!!
