So far everything went great, but the financial side is very important. John Eivindson did the initial calculations and it sounded good and will work for me. Jon Cox in the finance department,did a very great work and I got a call from her in the same day around 5 pm that the deal is done and I;m able to come to finalize it. around 7 pm I was glad driving my new car down Bowen road, Thank you for all the kind people at Kia Harris, Ashraf who did amazing work to the car, Dave for warm welcoming, John for the following up the deal, Roy for the burger and for taking me to did the insurance out in order to shortening my waiting, for Tammy very nice service and nice conversation, Jan for her help which made this deal possible and finally for Cameron the wonderful sale representative. Your Appointment is "your" time, not 15 - 25 minutes later. They wash and vacuum your vehicle each time. I have now moved all my car servicing to Harris Kia because of their wonderful customer care and service. I never experienced this at Duncan Toyota. The cost of the service was also cheaper than Toyota. Unbelievable! Doug is also a bonus as he will shuttle you wherever you want to go. Always a wonderful experience. As a result we will be purchasing our new vehicle at Harris Kia. 5 stars to you!! More

He helped to iron out some wrinkles with our trade in, and immediately arranged for the vehicle we wanted to be brought in when the one we had come in to look at was sold minutes before we got to the dealership. Jan Cox arranged the financing at a very competitive rate and was very informative about several options that were available to us. We left the Dealership feeling positive about our purchase and loved driving our new KIA SOUL home. More

Easy as can be I saw the car I had been looking for on the lot. Cameron Adams and I went for a drive and I told him I wanted to think it over overnight.
