Above and beyond! I have been servicing my 2010 KIA Forte with the great staff at Harris Kia since I bought the car in 2009. I use my car daily for my courier business I have been servicing my 2010 KIA Forte with the great staff at Harris Kia since I bought the car in 2009. I use my car daily for my courier business and travel upwards of 350 km a day....I do an oil change roughly every 5 weeks. Mike and Colby and the rest of staff have been absolutely awesome to deal with. They know I rely on my vehicle and are more than accommodating in squeezing me in and getting me on my way with the peace of mind that the service was done right. All in all I really haven't had to do much other than regular maintenance until recently. I have 406,000 km and needed my clutch and brakes done, they gave me the quote for labour and threw in the clutch at no charge for being a great customer! UNBELIEVABLE! My Forte has been an incredible little car and still runs like new thanks to the great people at Harris KIA. Thanks Again! More

Yes, buying a car can be fun! We arrived at the dealer just before closing, Cameron was the sales rep who was excited to stay late and show us the new Soul. John was the Manager who was working late and welcomed us in. This was a no nonsense experience, with no formula sales process. Just people who love cars and offered us a great deal with absolutely no pressure. John appraised our trade in. With a handshake proposal we returned in the morning to find everything ready and a finance manager who was prepared for us and an insurance person standing by. Cameron then drove to our house so that he could show my wife the car and the technical stuff! We are very happy customers............ More

Having just moved to Canada from Australia my credit was non-existent but Rachel figured out ways to make it work for me financially, Nicole is the best car salesperson ever (this is my fifth car bought from a dealership so I speak from experience) and Nicole and Mike even arranged to get my new car to my home in Cobble Hill. All my questions were answered in ways even I could understand and they were so patient and polite with me, even when I was cranky. I don't care where I live when my next dreaded car purchase inevitably comes around, I will make every effort to ensure I buy from here again. More
