This is a really a refreshing dealership and sales approach. They didn't waste my time, didn't pressure me, just informed me and were willing to bargain and in doing so explain their position and listen to mine. We came to terms without some of the more common approaches to car sales. I had done a lot of research before hand and was confident the information they provided was right on point. I'm very impressed with Kia products, the fit and finish is second to none and I say that having owned a BMW and being the current owner of a Mercedes. My Kia put them to shame especially given the length of warranty Kia puts on their vehicles. My Mercedes only came with a three year warranty. In fact I traded in my Mercedes for our new Sorento. Cameron and the team were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to a long association with this dealership. More

We know how frustrating customers like us can be as we like to do lots of research and comparisons before deciding on a vehicle to buy. Finally, we got a call from Cameron about the Niro arriving in Nanaimo and we made an appointment with him, test drove it, got some quotes and decided to buy it. The next day we were assisted in completing the purchase. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and willing to give us advice as requested. New experience purchasing a new vehicle I had been trying to deal on a new vehicle at the dealership in Saskatoon since May, to no avail. I walked into the dealership in Nanaimo to have some I had been trying to deal on a new vehicle at the dealership in Saskatoon since May, to no avail. I walked into the dealership in Nanaimo to have some warranty work done on my 2015 Sorento and met Grant. I told him my story about trying to trade my 2015 in on a 2017 in Saskatoon without any luck. He suggested I come back in when my car was being fixed to see if he couldn't do something for me. The next time I was there he offered me a deal I could not refuse. Best one hour I've spent. The service I received from Grant, Roy and Rachael was exceptional. We had a couple of hiccups because of the Sask. taxes but they worked everything out without a grumble. I would deal with Harris Kia again without question, it's the best service I have received. I think I'll be back to see them in a couple of years. Thank you! More
