Initially we were looking to purchased a used Kia Soul from Harris Kia. We took it for a test drive and the sales person, was friendly and helpful. We decided to buy it and went through financing at Kia with Jan Cox. Ms Cox was awesome and we were quite comfortable with her. Our problem was that the process took longer than we anticipated (five days). Our car had died and we were renting a car, so time was an issue. When we phoned (live in Port Alberni), we were told that we were not "qualified" for an older used car, but they were quite sure we could most likely have no problem with financing a new car. That was a bit of a head scratcher for my wife and I. While we were excited at the prospect of buying a brand new Kia Soul, it was tempered by the fact that the process was drawn out. We finally received word that we were approved and that financing was available for us; we decided to buy the new car - lovely car by the way, 2017 Kia Soul LX. We drove from Port Alberni to sign the papers in order to take possession of the new car but were told that our car had been accidentally sent to Victoria, but not to worry as an employee was sent down to drive it back to Nanaimo. That took the excitement factor our of the purchase. We waited for some time before our new car finally arrived. Once there, the process went quickly and smoothly. Save for the time factor, that we live out of town, and the strange glitch at the end (Car in Victoria), generally we were treated well. More
"Fun and Comfortable First Visit" From the time we entered into the dealership and were greeted by Cameron, we felt like we were among friends. The atmosphere was one of "no pressure" From the time we entered into the dealership and were greeted by Cameron, we felt like we were among friends. The atmosphere was one of "no pressure", but extremely helpful and welcoming. We have just started our search and were initially looking for a SUV, but stumbled upon the white Optima in the showroom which is a beautiful car. Who knows, we might just come away with two vehicles, no promises though! This was one of the best experiences we have had with a dealership - Cameron is terrific to work with, John more than helpful, and the receptionists are great. Keeran Sims at the servic The dealership has been excellent in all aspects. I have had some minor repairs done on my 2012 Kia all covered by warranty. Keeran Sims at the service desk was both friendly and knowledgable. She even performed an alignment test when I mentioned my concerns. The dealership was fortunate and smart to hire Keeran Sims. Rachael Roy assisted me in purchasing an extended warranty. Again she was smart, friendly and I walked away feeling much appreciation for her assistance and our meeting. Grant Brown was of great assistance each time I visited the dealership. He explained some aspects of the Kia that I was not aware of and am pleased to know more about my vehicle. Grant Brown also informed me of the extended warranty and placed me in Rachael Roy's capable hands. All in all I am so pleased with the service and atmosphere of Harris Kia!!! More

Customer Service Keeran Sims Keeran Sims is a very outgoing customer orientated person. I had Service 4 done on my 2008 Sportage. Service at Harris KIA we went into the dealership to check on a clunking noise that was heard in the right front wheel of the KIA Sorento. When we spoke to the service we went into the dealership to check on a clunking noise that was heard in the right front wheel of the KIA Sorento. When we spoke to the service people, they mentioned that there was a recall on the vehicle for the "struts". Made an appointment for the following week & found that the struts were the problem. They were promptly fixed at no cost to us. More

Friendly, Efficient, Informative, No xx I've bought and traded in a lot of vehicles in my 45 years of driving. This was my first experience here though this is my second Kia. This is a real I've bought and traded in a lot of vehicles in my 45 years of driving. This was my first experience here though this is my second Kia. This is a really a refreshing dealership and sales approach. They didn't waste my time, didn't pressure me, just informed me and were willing to bargain and in doing so explain their position and listen to mine. We came to terms without some of the more common approaches to car sales. I had done a lot of research before hand and was confident the information they provided was right on point. I'm very impressed with Kia products, the fit and finish is second to none and I say that having owned a BMW and being the current owner of a Mercedes. My Kia put them to shame especially given the length of warranty Kia puts on their vehicles. My Mercedes only came with a three year warranty. In fact I traded in my Mercedes for our new Sorento. Cameron and the team were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to a long association with this dealership. More
