She has an awesome personality and was super great with my kids that had to tag along. It was a few day process of finding the right car within my budget, but Christine and Rachel did an amazing job! Rachel wasn't pushy and worked hard to find the right fit. My first car ever, and it's brand new! I love my Forte! She went out of her way long after the sale to help me get my old vehicle to Volkswagon in order to turn it in and get my settlement because of the class action suit against VW. When I asked for her help , she did not hesitate. I was able to complete the transaction with her help in less than 30 minutes. Her comment to me after I thanked her was "That's what I am here for". I would highly recommend her as an exceptional sales person.I mean above and beyond what you would expect. More

Not only was my car delivered in person from Nanaimo to the Mainland, there was no extra cost and included around a $500 worth of added parts and service, like new windshield wipers, nitrogen in the tires, etc., free of charge. Christine Wright, who delivered the car, was awesome to work with and explained everything so clearly. I never realized car buying could be so pleasant and would recommend Harris Kia and Christine Wright at all times, 100%. If there were more stars I could rate with, I would! From Christine Wright (service), to Jan Cox (finance) to Roy Berentsen (sales), they have given me the BEST service experience, ever!!! More
