I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car, and felt then that this wasn't like any other dealership right from being greeted by Nick. Then I discovered that they really meant it when the said "if you ever need anything"..! Sadly, I had my wheels stolen off my new car, right in front of my driveway! Thanks to Mike, Audrey, Adam and Dave for making what could have been a really tough day, one I'll always remember fondly. They truly went above and beyond, by setting up things with insurance. Then helping me order replacements, all the while, commiserating with my situation and mostly giving me a few good laughs over the whole mess. Thanks to Dave for being so generous and getting me back on the road that very day. And a big thanks to Adam for coming over to safely put wheels back on my car that was left up on shaky bricks, on a really hot day. Again, today when I went in for the install of my new wheels, I was treated like a queen! Mike had my car in the shop in minutes, Nick came out for a hello, and Audrey helped me find an accessory I want to add. My new wheels and tires look great and I appreciated the car wash and tidy inside! I think they are all A One! More

I brought my Santa fe for oil pan gasket reseal.when I came to pick up my Santa Fe, I asked Kolbi if there would look at why my cigarette lighter in t I brought my Santa fe for oil pan gasket reseal.when I came to pick up my Santa Fe, I asked Kolbi if there would look at why my cigarette lighter in the front were not working.See got one of the tech.to look at it and got it fixed by replacing a fuse and she did not charge me for it. Above and beyond we were looking for a Sorento while the sales event was on. There was none to be found except for one in Vancouver. They didn't have the model we were looking for either. Hour later we got a phone call, they found one. They even matched the quote we had from Vancouver. Even though we live in Victoria they were able to accommodate our last minute decision to drive up to Nanaimo on a Sunday to test drive a car from their website. Dealing with Grant was a pleasure, he was very professional and knowledgeable. After a quick and easy negotiation the very next day by phone, I was making arrangements to come back to Nanaimo to pick up my very awesome Kia Forte5. Cameron Adams was so great to deal with, both on the phone and in person for the transaction. He went over every detail of the car with me and showed me how all the features worked. He even helped me pair my phone for hands free dialing! My financing was also done through the dealership and I met with the extremely personable Rachel Roy. She made the financing portion of the transaction go very smoothly and explained all my options. I was on the road in a matter of a few hours, with a giant smile on my face, driving the coolest car I've ever owned! Thanks again to everyone for making this such a great experience.
