(I have a stiff back) Since then we have had two mre Rondos and now drive a new Sedona. There has never been any trouble with them and the scheduled services are itemized and explained in detail so that you have confidence you are always driving a reliable vehicle. The people at KIA are always ready to help with things like pairing your phone to the car which defeats me. More

After researching some Hybrid options, we decided to go with the Niro. Dropped in to Harris Kia, and felt immediately welcomed and at home. Derek was knowledgeable about what products were on the market, and discussed the advantages of the Touring trim level over the EX Premium that we test drove. We went with the top model, and were fortunate enough to land one in the rare red color we both wanted. Derek kept us updated of arrival date, and thoroughly went through the safety features with us after it arrived on the lot. Jan in finance worked her magic and got us the best rate available on this model, and made the money part no-hassle, which was much appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to return to this dealer in the future for another vehicle, or send people we know to them. Just a great friendly experience. Great job! More

In December it was for snow tires, this time a new 2018 Sportage EX Tech. We cannot say enough about how the entire team bent over backwards to ensure we were well looked after and our needs met. We came from the Lower Mainland to shop at Harris KIA, well worth the trip. I am not really sure I can capture the delight we experienced, words do not capture it. Jag our sales consultant did not pressure us, rather treated us with respect and listened to what our needs were. We did know the features we wanted! Once we had made our decision the colour we really wanted was not one they had in stock. They found one and had it brought over. We did not have to wait for weeks to get the Sportage we really wanted, they had it on the lot the next day. Thanks guys. We also had a trade in We had been looking around in the Lower Mainland and had received some quotes, Dave and the gang did not disappoint. The only thing we could say was "done deal!" We can only say this was one of the best experiences we have had purchasing a new vehicle. She was the perfect salesperson to deal with. Jan was also great in financing/closing and was able to find us favorable terms despite having financing already arranged. I thought the deal we got on the used vehicle was good value and feel well treated, We booked an appointment to view the vehicle and traveled up from Victoria to Nanaimo. It was worth the trip for us. We knocked one star off of customer service experience as despite appointment there was other showings in the morning and offers being considered before we completed our test drive. It would be good to have had clarity on that prior to driving up. Everything worked out in the end and that was the only thing that stood out as a challenge. More

Jan in finance helped me find the best deal possible and helped me get approved for a vehicle I thought I wouldn’t be able to have. Dan was exceptional with helping me on discounted protection packages, getting a better deal on my trade in and added bonuses to make my purchase more affordable. He even threw in a Kia stuffy for my daughter! Overall these people were a great team and made me feel welcome, appreciated and taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
