The service staff were generally very friendly and helpful. However, they recommended that they replace the brake fluid and bleed the system, at a cost of $140, as it was 3 years since this was last d helpful. They also managed to lose the cabin pollen filter and tray. Upon departure we were told that the car has been cleaned but it had not. Following a discussion with the service manager today, they have agreed to supply a replacement cabin filter and tray at no cost. More
