Amazing customer service I had 2 problems. One, my tire pressure indicator light was on and 2, I accidentally ripped off a plastic panel looking for the hood pop button. Ale I had 2 problems. One, my tire pressure indicator light was on and 2, I accidentally ripped off a plastic panel looking for the hood pop button. Alex spoke to me on the phone as I was driving the car to them and when I got there, he was amazing. He got the car in, looked at and diagnosed (for the tire pressure problem) with no appointment in less than 20 minutes. Then he ordered the plastic cover and got it in by the next morning because he knew I was leaving in 2 days to drive to the west coast (moving there). He called me to tell me it was in, said to drop by at any point during the day and he would have it put on. Again, I went in without an appointment and he had the car in and the part replaced in less than 15 minutes. Oh, and he only charged me $7.11 for it, even though it was my own stupidity that I pulled it off and broke it. This 2014 CRV is my first Honda and I'm blown away with the customer service I received from Alex. Wish I wasn't moving away so I could always take it to Halton Honda. Great job! More

I sat down with David and everything he said made me think after 4 years of owning a Honda, I was going to have nothing but problems. He did not make the Honda brand sound very good or trustworthy. The financing options for buying out a lease are expensive and the only way the dealership seems interested in helping you out at all is if you purchase a new vehicle again. I was treated rudely by David and will never return to this dealership for a Honda product again. More

It's the little things, like no sir, you don't need to replace your brakes yet, you still have 40% left on them. or you can wait a bit longer to do an oil change, you haven't driven enough KM's (They really are NOT in the business of ripping people off, quite the opposite actually, they want repeat business!) I had the Pleasure (and still do) of dealing with Brad, one of the best service advisers I have ever dealt with in Halton! Great Friendly and down to earth, there is no bs when dealing with him. he will say if he doesn't know + find the answer + get back to you promptly, with no made up story, great guy! I have had 3 car's serviced by them, and they are all still running great! (family members have my previous ones) I have never been in a more honest and direct dealer. Even Rick (sales rep) answered several questions with no hard pressure to buy etc... just there anytime you have a question like a friend! (great atmosphere :) Service wise, I have never had an unexpected fee or triple sized bill, compared to what was agreed etc... (which has happened to me at other places more than once) Always what they say. Brad says up front, if there is anything else, they will call first before doing anything, which they always do! They will even show you the bad part if you want proof, without any hesitation at all (right in your car, not some other part from another vehicle to cover it up. Highly recommended, and even though I prefer the look of other brands in recent years (for design/features etc...), I feel that I will stick with Honda, because of the reliability, and because of Halton Honda!!!
