The service advisor Natalie McCarrell was very friendly and helpful. Since my car needed approximately 4 hrs to complete the work, an Uber service was provided. It was seamless. The Uber drivers were pleas and helpful. Since my car needed approximately 4 hrs to complete the work, an Uber service was provided. It was seamless. The Uber drivers were pleasant, quick to transport me home and then back to the dealership. Usually having to have my car serviced is inconvenient and not the best experience. However because of your service advisor Natalie and the use of Uber, I would give this dealership a rating of 10 out of 10.
