I am always happy with the work done, the time required, the courtesy of the staff - what I am unhappy about is the constant and non-stop increase in the cost of having the work done. I was charged $121.99 plus tax. Last time I had this done, in June 2024, the cost was 108.99 - so an 11.9% increase Feb. over June. Prior to that, in Jan. 2024, the cost for the same servicing was $101.99, so a 6.8% increase June over January. I just think the increases are unjustified, and certainly have a negative impact on car owners. More

Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to details - Pierre Thieu was a pleasure to deal with! A great listener with a solid understanding that the customer’s needs are paramount. During the delivery experience for my new car Pierre was patient and thorough ensuring I had all of my questions answered. An added professional touch, Pierre introduced me to other members of the management team who were involved in the sale. I feel confident that should any issue arise they would be available to solve them. I knew the vehicle I wanted but would only purchase it from a dealership where I was treated as a respected customer. Pierre Thieu was exceptional in this process and exceeded my high expectations! On top of the usual excellent service I arrived to pick up my car a few minutes after the dealership closed (thought it was 7:00 not 6:00). An employee saw me and let me in, and another restarted her syst up my car a few minutes after the dealership closed (thought it was 7:00 not 6:00).
