A dream come true I have always wanted a jeep.so, I finally did it!!! I've had the Jeep Wrangler for about 10 months now! I love it!! Was a great throughout the winter. Great Service Once Again! Must Read! This morning I had a starting issue with one of my vehicles - my 2011 4dr Jeep. Irony is, I had just had the starter replaced. So here I am in the pou This morning I had a starting issue with one of my vehicles - my 2011 4dr Jeep. Irony is, I had just had the starter replaced. So here I am in the pouring rain with a booster pack hooked to the battery and no go. The vehicle would not turn over and the lights were flickering like a bad connection. Needless to say I called and ripped into the dealership with the full belief it was something on their end from the starter replacement a few weeks ago. In less than 30 minutes I get a call back from the Service Manager Dave Gibson who I had dealt with before. I apologized for my initial call and stated I needed this vehicle for the weekend. This happened on a Friday morning. Sensing my frustration and knowing I was a long time customer Dave simply said "we will take care of it" and to "cancel the tow" I had coming. The Jeep was in front of my house so I left my keys handy and left for work. When I came home at 3ish (early day) the Jeep was gone. I received a call about an hour later stating that it as fixed. Some corroded wire ends and a new battery was the issue. I went down to the Bayers Lake location, paid a modest bill (way less than what I expected) and had the rig back in my driveway at 5pm! They gave me the battery at almost cost. Now I am sure this doesn't get done every day. This was a department manager that understood my frustration and did what he said he would do. I admit that I am the most skeptical person you can deal with in business of any sort - and especially with service departments. But I have to say - these guys have been outstanding! LC More

He went over and above the call of duty to represent us. My husband almost had his mind made up for a Grand Caravan but I was really wanting the Jeep. He was personable, courteous, articulate, helpful, informative, clear and open with all information relating not only to the sale but also the secondary minutiae which can sometimes be as important (or more so) than the actual sale ~ things like the tire warranty, admin fee, undercoating, warranties, CarProof, service records, etc ~ making sure to explain all details and answer any questions I might have and a few I didn't think of at the time. If the dealership is willing to put this level of attention and detail into the sale of a used vehicle, imagine what they're willing to do for the sale of a new one? I'll definitely be recommending this place to colleagues and friends and will return when and as able. More
