Wonderful and Efficient My wife and I visited Halifax Chrysler with the good possibility of purchasing a used vehicle that we had spoke to Nick Marchand previously about. Aft My wife and I visited Halifax Chrysler with the good possibility of purchasing a used vehicle that we had spoke to Nick Marchand previously about. After spending a little time we realized that we wanted a new vehicle and Nick provided us with the information needed to close the deal on the 2016 Grand Caravan we purchased. Nick was great with us, really didn't push anything on us and had the information needed to assist in decision to add accessories for our vehicle. What my wife and I were impressed with was Nick was not pushy, came in on his day off to meet with us at our convenience. Definitely will be the first person I call should I require another vehicle in the future. More

Great but could have been better I was happy with the overall service of the dealership; however, when I went to pick up the vehicle, it was not ready. It was still dirty and had a few pieces that needed to be replaced. The vehicle I purchased was a quick turn around and they did a great job at ensuring the vehicle was ready, but I think the service department cut a few corners. Rick was great quite friendly and easy to talk with, but seemed very eager for the sale and made promises that his colleagues did not deliver (service department). Overall a good experience. More
