I have seen so many people giving them bad reviews and they are so scared of bad reviews that they personally threat you to not give you service. I bought new car 1 month ago and its under 5 year guarantee and they said you gave us bad review so we wont give you service next, remove your name from dealership. AS IF IM SCARED IF I NEED TO SUE THEM I WILL DO THAT TOO. I recommend to people reading this DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE. More
Very unprofessional and doesn’t accept their fault. Very hard to reach them. They don’t response. Deceiving, tricking you buying things. Do not buy used or new car from there. My auto body shop sent me to Gyro Hyundai to have the Blind Spot Detection sensor recalibrated after an accident. Despite Gyro being told by the body shop that I’d be leaving the car for the day, I said Blind Spot Detection sensor recalibrated after an accident. Despite Gyro being told by the body shop that I’d be leaving the car for the day, I said I needed the car in 2 hours and would wait, or return another day. Fuad and the service tech were very accommodating! Car was done in 2 hours. Fuad is a very friendly and positive ambassador for Gyro Hyundai and deserves kudos for his customer service focus! More

Interactions with the sales team when initially leasing my Palisade were great. The sales and finance contacts were competent and pleasant to deal with. The service department is where Gyro falls desperate my Palisade were great. The sales and finance contacts were competent and pleasant to deal with. The service department is where Gyro falls desperately short. First, no one answers when you call to schedule service. You have to wait for a call back which is insane, sometimes 24 hrs +. If you have a questions or need to modify your appt, same thing, you have to wait for their service lady (one person) to call you back. It was such a pain I finally decided to go visit Kingscross. While not as modern, their team is excellent. I'll make the drive any day even though Gyro is just around the corner. More

I think they are scammers. Cheaters, liars and frauds. 4 months ago, I received an email from Gyro Hyundai stating that a complimentary service appointment had been scheduled Cheaters, liars and frauds. 4 months ago, I received an email from Gyro Hyundai stating that a complimentary service appointment had been scheduled for my car. They mentioned that they would check it free of charge. Concerned if there were any issues with the car, I made an appointment and arrived at the service center. However, after waiting for 2 hours, my car did not arrive. The service center was empty. When I inquired about the delay, they told me they were conducting a thorough inspection. Eventually, they approached me and reported that the car's air filter was dirty, the wipers were malfunctioning, and the wiper fluid was low. They claimed that the other parts were in good condition. I contested, stating that these parts were working before their inspection. They responded, "Alright, let's wait a bit longer and then deliver the car." Fifteen minutes later, my car was returned to me. Meanwhile, a salesman approached me. He said he was the sales manager. He asked if I was interested in a car. I asked if there was a new Elantra available. He said he could get one within 2 months. He insisted I buy it. He asked me to leave a deposit of $2000. I found this excessive. He said $1000 would be enough. He told me I could get the money back if I changed my mind about buying the car. I paid the deposit. Later, when I started my own car, I noticed that the heater was working. Initially, I thought the wipers were intact. They looked that way. As I drove, I heard a slight rattling from the engine. When I got home and inspected the car, I found they had forgotten a pair of wrenches and deposited sand into the air filter, damaging the wipers. The next day, I discovered that the rear lights were not working. When I took the car to another mechanic, they told me the lights had been glued in place and it would take significant effort to remove them. Later, the mechanic explained that certain parts of the car had been replaced. Upon learning this, I decided not to buy the car. I asked for my deposit back, but they said they wouldn't return it. Upon further investigation, I discovered numerous complaints about fraudulent practices associated with this company. Especially, they take deposits like a mafia organization, leading to many lawsuits against them. I filed a lawsuit against them. I don't understand why Hyundai would grant dealership to such fraudulent entities. @hyundai More
