Fit me right in! I was very pleased with the device they provided me this weekend. As luck would have it my vehicle 'died' on friday night. We had it towed to the Chrysler dealership , where we go regularly for service and left it there at midnight, dropping the keys in the box with a note. Despite them being fully booked on the Saturday morning they fit my vehicle in to have the alternator replaced, and Tyler even stayed 2 hours beyond their normal service hours to complete the job!! Thanks you going above and beyond and getting us back on the road in less than a day!! More

First I must state that I was a licensed mechanic who was the automotive department manager for a large Canadian corporation This review will be easy. First I must state that I was a licensed mechanic who was the automotive department manager for a large Canadian corporation. Any time you have to take your vehicle in to a dealership is always a worry some experience. I had some work done to my 2013 Dodge Sport at another dealership and when I picked it up there were lots of issues with the electrical and this was after they had done a wiring recall. I went back in and told them and was me with " I am sorry sir you must have brought it in that way" After talking to the service manager I had the same response. I then called Grimsby Chrysler and explained the situation. Mike Fox the manager understood my disbelief in the customer service at the other dealership and scheduled me in right away. The4 next day he called and said the truck was good to go as all the issues were caused by them not plugging all the connections back in. The following morning Mike had me picked up by a very nice lady and brought to the dealership to pick up my truck. As someone who used to be in the business the appreciation I have for the service I received even though the issues were caused by another dealership go beyond outstanding. It is always difficult to have to take your vehicle in for warranty work when you are qualified to do the work yourself. This service makes it much easier to feel at ease doing that and gives you piece of mind. I would highly recommend them as you will not regret the customer service you receive. More

It was our anniversary and had big plans for dinner with friends. While driving my car lost power, lights came on the dash and on was on top of the Burlington Skyway Bridge on a Saturday with major traffic. My nerves were getting to me! My husband took a look and said lets pullover and see if we turn off the car and let it rest maybe it would cool off. So after waiting and dropping of our grandchildren in Burlington, we journeyed out again towards home. Once again all was well until we were going up the bridge again. The power, lights on the dash, and same problems began to happen. I called Scott to see if I would do more damage to drive it. Scott gave me great advice and would be on stand by if I needed him. He said he would wait for us at the shop and had a rental car for me! This was on a Saturday afternoon just before closing time! OMG we made it! Scott saved our 44thwedding anniversary! We appreciate Scott's advice regarding oil changes, tires, and so on. We have had 2 recalls on our our 2 Journeys over the pass 6 years. He has never made us feel like we had to do a lot of other work just because I was bringing in the car on a recall! That means a lot to us living on a pension. When Scott suggest something as a repair I feel we need to do it. It's in our best interest and safety. As long as Scott Parker is working at Grimsby Chrysler we will be loyal customers! In this particular instance, Mike really went out of his way to ensure that all work was completed within our budget which was a challenge given the problems that occurred. All work was explained, advice was offered and I really felt that my best interests were being considered all through the process. From Rhonda at the front desk (who bakes the best Christmas treats) to the comfortable waiting room and great coffee to the friendly shuttle service, it's always a positive experience. It can be very stressful and expensive when things go wrong with a car so it's always comforting to know that you have a team who understands that and works with you to find the best solutions.
