Despite our messing up their busy service schedule, Jeff and the service team squeezed us in, took great care of us, and got us back on the road safely. Found and repaired the issue. After bringing it back twice and getting told two different stories, I brought my Jeep to Grimsby Chrysler. They were able to properly diagnose the issue and repair it. They let me know that the other dealership's tech had ruined a part on my vehicle while taking it off for the warranty work. With the information Grimsby's Mike Fox shared with me, I was able to go back to Unique and have them cover the cost of the repair. ($490.00) I highly recommend Mike Fox and tech Tyler. They understood my frustration and were open and honest in the diagnosis and repair. More
