I noticed that the invoice seemed to have overbilled me for three hours worth of labour. Once I pointed this out to Shane, he apologized for the error and refunded me the full three hours. Shane wanted to demonstrate his approach to customer service and take care of the matter quickly and with a future service coupon to boot! Class act! I will continue to use Grimsby Chrysler to service my Ram Ecodiesel in the futre. More
Excellence in Customer Service While driving on the highway last summer we experienced an increasing vibration in the floor of our vehicle. We left the QEW and saw the dealership. They took us in immediately on a Friday just before 5 pm and let us know all wheel lugs were' hand' loose. They tightened them and advised us to drop by in a month for a check/re-tighten. They did not charge us a cent. - this was our first visit as we do not live in the area- We were so grateful they could take time to check the problem and could not believe no charge!! We highly recommend this dealership and only wish we lived closer so we could go there ourselves. More

I keep being disappointed. My radiator was replaced after getting burst in my Durango last year and 2 days later my wife was broken down beside the QEW, the expert tech never pu My radiator was replaced after getting burst in my Durango last year and 2 days later my wife was broken down beside the QEW, the expert tech never put the main hose back on correctly. Oh and my fuel cap that was defective was replaced with a cheapo one rather than an orihinal part under yhe warranty. So after letting time pass I went into get new washer nozzles after pricing them at 24.99 each on Mopar.ca. So when I asked for them the price was $34.99. After I questioned the price I was told that they could not sell for much less, so all of a sudden the price went to $30 each....still not sure why I can get them delivered from Mopar cheaper than my dealer will sell them. Fast forward 2 weeks and I get a price for replacing my stock Goodyear tires on the Durango 265 50 r20. So I get a quote from them of $1450 Not including tax or disposal fees etc. I asked do you price match like Honda etc... egh no was the blunt reply. I went to my usual tire guy (Ericway in Beamsville) and got them fitted with all fees and tax for $1018!!!! The sales guys may be good at this dealer but buyer beware at the cost of everything that follows. More
Poor service Brought my Chrysler 200 in for a recall which I've had to deal with the dash alarm on for almost 2 years now. They replaced the module on the 7th of September on the 8th of September the alarm came back on. I contacted the dealer on the 9th to tell them and I was told over the phone sorry the mechanic left us a "detailed note" saying the light was on when it came in ( FYI that was the recall and why I brought it in) and after doing the repairs the alarm wouldn't go off. He thinks it's a wiring problem that is going to cost $108 to Diagnosed. (Again when I picked up the car the alarm was gone)! He then appaligized because he failed to tell me all this that was written on that detailed note that was left by his mechanic when I picked up the car.??. Well I've already had the wiring diagnosed this year and paid for it and was told the wiring is fine so no not paying again AND NO DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY CHRYSLER, DODGE, OR JEEP! More

He arranged a rental car for me with Enterprise (also great experiance) Mike and the service Tec had my jeep repaired and returned to me in one day. Sales are great but service dept is poor I had a noise with my water pump bearing. Another dealer diagnosed problem but I didn't have time for them to replace part. I called service dept and Jeff was very dismissive as to the info I was giving him, but I needed part so I took jeep into grimsby Chrysler. The called later to tell me it was not water pump but was alternator. So I now have a new alternator and the noise is still there. I just took jeep into unique Chrysler and the did fix water pump and noise is gone. Unique also gave me a heads up on my back breaks that are dangerously close to stele on steel. The breaks were not mentioned in grimsby location.... I feel no pressure and confident with both my jeeps getting service 2 towns over in Burlington. More

This is the second time since I bought my vehicle, less than 5 years ago, that this has happened. Go somewhere else!!!! Taylor Chrysler in Hamilton (only a few extra minutes away) is very helpful and understanding. The employee I spoke to kept cutting me off when I was talking because he was "to busy" to help me. Try taking customer service classes. As someone who works for a road service company, CAA, I will recommend to all customers to avoid this dealership at all costs!!!! More
