After having visited several dealerships in the surrounding GTA and Durham Region while searching for vehicle specifically a Jeep GCK Limited/Overland After having visited several dealerships in the surrounding GTA and Durham Region while searching for vehicle specifically a Jeep GCK Limited/Overland and receiving poor customer service, lack of product knowledge, push pushy sales reps that think your just another person walking in with no insight on how finances work or vehicles. I stumbled upon Grimsby Chrysler and the sales rep Mike B. I can truly say even while I communicated with him via email at first, he did not fail to provide top notch responses & customer service and was very transparent in providing vehicle history, warranty information, costs etc upfront even while I did even see the vehicle. He gave his best price upfront to which I countered within reason and he accepted - I mean how many times have we all heard "sorry that's the best I can do or dealerships not making huge return on this".. too many times!! Further understanding that I would be coming from a greater distance from the East end he went to extent of providing additional pictures of the vehicle interior, exterior and openly providing any pics of any dent or defects (if any) without hesitation just so that I could make an informed decision or take further interest in giving a deposit/making the trip to view the vehicle. Finally having met him in person and viewing the vehicle my interaction with him was no different than that as experienced via email! Very easy going and not once hinted to sitting down to sign. Though I opted out and took back my deposit he was professional still through & through right to then end! Having had enough experience in vehicle purchases and dealing with sales reps over the years and much can be said about car sales reps. Mike knew the product the product he was selling and didn't turn to just reading out an ad or vehicle specs and pressuring customer to sign to close a deal. He sat down explained things in detail even as the dealership had closed. As my search continues for a suitable vehicle I know that if Grimsby Chrysler landed a vehicle of my liking - I would gladly make the extended trip back without concerning myself again on cost of gas of distance to meet with Mike B and hopefully seal the deal or maybe in the near future for another vehicle instead! If every dealership/staff member provided this level of excellence in service I think we all would be walking into a dealership without the fear or feeling of "what am I going to lose next" or regretting signing the dotted line. After many frustrating trips to other dealerships and interacting with other sales staff who didn’t take the time or have the knowledge of their vehicles it was great to walk into Grimsby Chrysler and have all of my questions answered. The sales managers that assisted me (Dave and Mike) were great; they took the time to explain everything, took my questions seriously and were very efficient. Since purchasing and picking my truck up - I’ve been back to the dealership twice and each time was greeted by name by the friendly staff. I’m so happy with my truck, and would definitely recommend the Grimsby Chrysler Dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I took this financial commitment very seriously, and I interviewed many dealerships before making my decision to go with them. To be honest they surpassed all my expectations, and really made me feel comfortable and at ease without applying any pressure. I was literally disgusted thinking back to the other dealerships I visited, after comparing them to the superior quality I received from Grimsby Chrysler. This dealership is truly what every other dealership should aspire to be like. I have never been so happy to deal with a dealership as I have been with Grimsby Chrysler. I kept asking questions before placing my order and during all the preparations, as they were very specific since I was having the dealer install aftermarket parts before I took possession. I asked so many questions, I was actually wondering if I was starting to annoy them. But they knew and respected me for wanting my truck a certain way, and they pulled through and made it all happen, and with a nice surprise being able to find the bug deflector I really wanted. I am very impressed with the professionalism with every single department; sales, financing, customer service, parts and the service department all while I was having my truck prepared for delivery. Even the people I wasn't directly involved with are all so helpful and friendly. This dealership is awesome in every way possible, and even when I return to drop in and say hello, I am always greeted with a smile from everyone, and I'm always asked how my truck is doing. I feel like a somebody when I am there, and I will for sure return to purchase a new vehicle from them again.
