The family had grown and we needed something more spacious. The Grand Caravan fitted our family perfectly and vise-versa. We looked at different product, but in the end, for the quality and the price, we had everything we needed in this product. We purchased the STX family package for a reasonable price. A few years go by and BooM!!!!!! Accident!! Something we all fear. Thank God! Everyone is safe, minor injury only....The Caravan work its magic, the front air bags came out and everyone was kept Safe. A reliable Vehicle! We had purchased a New Value insurance, so today we got our new 2016 Grand Caravan, same model, same everything, but only 17km on the dash board, priceless!! My wife and I were so impressed by the service we received the first time that we had to go back. Again, same courteous service as before. Dave H. greeted and remembered us, it had been a couple years and half after all. We talked and discussed the product, then we looked at options. The time we spent together was great and since Dave's been in the business for a few years, we were able to benefit from his wisdom. All and all, excellent customer service, knowledgeable, a smooth transaction......We also encountered several other colleagues and all were really friendly. Also, there was a promo on for new purchases of a $250 gift card. We were told we could probably get this as a bonus but in the end we didn't. Not huge issues but makes my rating a "good" as opposed to "excellent". More
