Professional Was in the market for a specific vehicle. The deal was made over the phone in minutes compared to the xx I was dealing with at the other dealers. I know what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. To have the deal roughed out over the phone then finalized within minutes after walking in was fantastic. I don't have time for xx and Steve was clearly understanding of that. I love my new vehicle and will strongly consider driving out the 20 minutes to Grimsby to have it serviced. I saved thousands of dollars dealing with this dealership, and if the van lives up to its reliable reputation, I will buy another vehicle from them hands down. I only hope Steve is still with them when I do. Great job guys!! More

Good Depending on Dealer I saw a car on auto trader, they had lots of photos which is perfect when you live 3 hours away from the dealer. I called and spoke with Mike. It seemed he was going above and beyond. Mike was away when I went to test drive so the sales rep I delt with was Steve. Strve was okay, it just seemed he had other things he could be doing. It also felt like he would give some information but I would need to ask 10 questions to be fully informed about just one thing and then ask 10 more when he mentioned something else, I guess he just seemed very vague. We then has to go see Lisa to sign everything, talk about additional options and payment Lisa was amazing she would connect with you at a personal level and makes you feel comfortable and want to have a conversation with here Overall good experience. I loved the juke box outside paying music. If I needed another vehicle I would go back if they had what inward looking for. More
