All work was explained, advice was offered and I really felt that my best interests were being considered all through the process. From Rhonda at the front desk (who bakes the best Christmas treats) to the comfortable waiting room and great coffee to the friendly shuttle service, it's always a positive experience. It can be very stressful and expensive when things go wrong with a car so it's always comforting to know that you have a team who understands that and works with you to find the best solutions.
